
The General Management of AHIDRA establishes and disseminates this Quality Policy with the aim of consolidating and improving the Quality Management System at all levels of the organization.
This policy applies to the following activities:
• Project Design and Development • Construction and Assembly Management and Commissioning Execution • After-Sales Service, Operation and Maintenance • Consulting and Technical Assistance Service.
To this end, the following commitments are adopted, supporting the Strategic Direction of the organization:
-Ensure that processes remain focused on achieving the expected results, particularly regarding Customer Satisfaction.
-Minimize the impact on product and service Quality to the lowest possible levels, in order to prevent and reduce risks, threats, and undesired effects.
-Guarantee compliance with all applicable requirements, including those specified by clients, legal and regulatory obligations, and any others deemed necessary.
-Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Quality Management System.
Accordingly, the General Management of AHIDRA undertakes to make this Quality Policy available to all interested parties. It will also ensure its communication, understanding, and implementation throughout the organization.
