We started the first Manure treatment plant in a large pig farm in Lleida where we reduce the nitrogen content using the N-DN technology developed in recent years by our group, and whose operating cost is practically zero because said facility has been hybridized with a photovoltaic plant for self-consumption.
We continue to innovate in the highly efficient treatment of slurry with minimal operational costs. It is essential to make this technology accessible to the entire swine sector to contribute to the decarbonization of the sector, making sure that responsible manure management and treatment are acceptable for farms, regardless of their size.
